Futurium processes personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection rules.

User accounts and related content are subject to the retention periods set out in the Futurium Privacy Statement. This may affect older inactive accounts and the content associated with them.

For full details, please consult the Futurium Privacy Statement.

Inactive accounts are deleted after 5 years

If a user account remains inactive for five years, including no log-in on Futurium during that period, the user’s personal data may be automatically deleted in line with the retention period defined in the Futurium Privacy Statement.

Content created by inactive users is also deleted

Any content created by users whose accounts have been inactive for five years, may also be automatically deleted.

Group members should be aware that prolonged inactivity may lead to the deletion of their account, personal data, and potentially associated content, in accordance with the Futurium Privacy Statement.

Users who wish to keep access to their account and contributions should log in periodically and, where relevant, keep separate copies of any important information or content.

Review and preserve important content

Community Managers may therefore wish to periodically review older content in their groups, and where appropriate, preserve any important non-personal information in compliance with applicable data protection rules.

If you have questions about privacy or data handling, please refer to the Privacy Statement or contact the appropriate support channel.
