The Eclipse Foundation has clear and proven governance processes and tools for managing Open Source projects.

Dear Javier,

I appreciate your effort in providing detailed information on the Eclipse Foundation's governance processes and tools for managing Open Source projects. These resources will be extremely useful.

At the moment, I am busy drafting High-Level Requirements for Defining an Open Source Software Governance and Management Policy for Simpl. As part of this process, I will be closely reviewing the resources you linked to ensure we incorporate the best practices.
