About

The Stakeholders’ Catalogue is the Commission’s ‘phonebook’ of European stakeholders interested in shaping EU AI policy in strategic sectors.

Shape AI policy in your sector

Members of the Stakeholders' Catalogue may be invited by the Commission to participate in sectoral stakeholders’ workshops and annual AI Office gatherings.

These events (listed here) allow you to discuss with the Commission challenges and opportunities for the uptake of AI in your specific sector. The input from the sectoral workshops feeds directly into policies that are then announced during the annual AI Office gatherings.

It also allows the Commission to take into consideration new sectors where measures to support the uptake of AI may be needed.

How to attend these events?

Create a post presenting your organisation, including:

  • Title: your organisation’s name
  • About: brief description of your activities
  • Contact: email (visible to all Catalogue members)
  • Link to your website
  • Using Editor's Tags: field of activity + kind of organisation + whether you’re a developer or user of AI solutions. Please, use only the available editor's tags, being mindful of capital letters. If your sector is not listed, please add it as a tag. Full list available here.

Please note that membership to the Catalogue alone is not enough to express interest; you must create the presentation post.

Once you create your post, you don't have to do anything. The Commission will contact you to invite you.

Participation may sometimes be limited in terms of logistics or audience. Joining does not guarantee participation in all cases.

Network with peers

By browsing the Catalogue, you can also find other organisations working in your field and network with them.

You can also see who is developing or adopting AI solutions and eventually build business links.

Use the search bar and editors’ tags to find organisations in your sector.

Who is part of the Stakeholders' Catalogue

The Catalogue brings together companies, research and technology organisations, Higher education organisations, business and consumer associations, consultancies, governments and public bodies, financial institutions, social partners and members of religious or philosophical communities. It is not open to individual citizens, who are welcome to contribute to the Apply AI Alliance general community.

The Catalogues is only open to organisations headquartered in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland.
