Covenant of Mayors webinar on risks and vulnerabilities at the local level

On 7 March 2019, the Covenant of Mayors organises a webinar on assessing risks and vulnerabilities at the local level.

The webinar is part of the Covenant of Mayors series on climate change adaptation. It  will explore the various aspects of conducting a risk and vulnerability assessment at city level. Practitioners will share their experiences why urban adaptation is important, on some of the lessons learned in assessing risks and what hands-on tools are available to support cities in their efforts.

The webinar is linked to the implementation of the Action Plan of the Climate Adaptation Partnership, specifically as the tools available via Climate-ADAPT (Urban Adaptation Support Tool and Urban Adaptation Map Viewer) will be presented.

Local practitioners and others interested in the assessment of climate change risks and vulnerabilities at the local level are invited to join and can register for the webinar via the link above.
