Hello, I have a question for Dr Kleiner: You mentioned that the quantitative targets are - broadly speaking - related to industrial strategy and growth. And there are no similar targets for the principles. Isn't there a risk that over the decade various actors will focus on the measurable targets, especially that there will be mechanisms like DESI and country reports keeping Member States accountable. Will there be similar measures for implementing the principles?
