In your opinion, what are the collective actions needed to achieve the massive uptake of digital enablers by businesses?

According to an article I wrote in Hungary, there are 3 obstacles to this uptake:
- generally low awareness of opportunities = lack of inspiration,
- operative leaders cannot sufficiently manage creativity = lack of navigation,
- inadequate assessment of urgency = lack of motivation.
