According to an article I wrote in Hungary, there are 3 obstacles to this uptake:

• generally low awareness of opportunities = lack of inspiration,
• operative leaders cannot sufficiently manage creativity = lack of navigation,
• inadequate assessment of urgency = lack of motivation.
