This international event will focus on the impact of new indicators for well-being on the local models of sustainable development. The event will take stock of the pilots of new indicators that go beyond the mere economic measurement of GDP to capture real social progress by looking at quality of life, social development and improvement in well-being of citizens. Grenoble will share its model of measuring well-being through composite indicators. This is relevant for the action of the partnership related to developing new data and indicators on poverty at local level.
