The idea of a European seal of IA, (provided it does not involve high economic barriers), is a very successful one in my opinion.
The seal can lead to a continuous improvement of the regulations and updates (in the same way as ISO 9000 regulations) that correct the initial deviations. It is also a barrier of active protection that avoids initial catastrophes like those that occurred with the use of technologies in nuclear power plants. That they were always used prematurely and never preventively. A great proposal

Excellent Idea. Requires further discussion with AI ecosystem stakeholders, AI developers, AI standards development organisations but also looking not just quality, trustworthiness but also looking at AI transparency, AI weapons , AI for sustainabilty, AI for sensitivity
