ESA Input to TTC WG Export Control

The European Space Agency (ESA) is an international organisation, consisting of currently 22 Member States, that implements space programmes as well as activities for third parties. In the implementation of its programmes and activities, ESA manages hardware, software and technology subject to various European and US export control regulations, including but not limited to the recast EU Regulation 2021/821, US Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and the US international Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). In the attached document, we offer a technical observation to the Working Group.
