The TTC Working Group 9 has released its High-Level Guidelines on Intellectual Property for SMEs following the webinar on the same topic that took place on 7 July 2022. 

The event included discussions on intellectual property and how it can support companies, especially SMEs. In addition, the webinar allowed the exchange of intellectual property best practices when doing business in 3rd countries. Speakers, which included stakeholders, and representatives of the public and private sectors exposed possible solutions to pressing IP challenges encountered by SMEs.

The High-Level Guidelines on Intellectual Property for SMEs document compiles the main recommendations of the event to provide SMEs with seven clear tips to best identify, protect, and manage their Intellectual Property (IP) on both sides of the Atlantic.
