The “Handbook on Cross-border Energy Communities”, as commissioned by DG REGIO, is about to be published. For this occasion, we are delighted to invite you to its launch event, that will take place on 20thJanuary 2025 in the European Commission premises in Brussels. 

The event will allow for fruitful discussions around the knowledge developed through the Handbook, as a tool for citizens and local actors to engage in cross-border cooperation for energy communities. The intention will be to involve not only the actors intending to establish cross-border energy communities, but also relevant stakeholders playing an essential role in this process – like representatives of local/ regional authorities, energy providers, energy distributors and national authorities for energy production and distribution.
