This online event will give participants a deeper understanding of the role private funding has to play within adaptation.

It will feature two presentations from guest speakers from private banks and regions who have experience with loans for climate adaptation projects. The speakers will explain the process and criteria required to access private finance, and examples from their institutions.

The event is especially intended to help authorities that are on the implementation stage of the adaptation planning cycle (Step 5 of the RAST).
