This SHAPES dialogue workshop will share the first results of our large-scale pilot campaign, highlighting the impact that medicine control and optimisation, psycho-social and cognitive stimulation or physical rehabilitation at home may have on older people and their environments.
The SHAPES Pan-European Pilot Campaign has engaged over 2,000 older individuals, care givers and care service providers in 36 pilot activities conducted in 15 pilot sites across 11 European Countries.
As part of the dialogue workshop, we will be presenting the evolving SHAPES Network Governance Model, which has been established in a collaborative manner, focusing on the active involvement and participation of older people and other key stakeholders. Workshop attendees will be invited to discuss and provide feedback on different aspects of the governance model. No prior knowledge about the issue of governance is required, and we are looking forward for a lively dialogue.
