We cordially invite you to a webinar introducing two innovative digital solutions designed to optimise hypertension care. Developed in response to the needs of healthcare providers from Turkey, Italy, Croatia, and Sweden, these solutions aim to address the healthcare challenges faced by a combined population of 96 million, with 31 million individuals already diagnosed with hypertension.

The two solutions are currently being piloted in the four countries as part of clinical and technology trials involving over 360 patients and more than 40 health professionals.  

At this hybrid event held in Brussels and streamed online, the solution developers, represented by Gnomon Informatics SA from Greece and Tech4Care s.r.l. from Italy, will present their solutions and stand ready to answer your questions. 

Additionally, the participating healthcare providers will share their experiences and highlight emerging results from the trials, which are an integral part of the pre-commercial procurement project HSMonitor.
