On 25 March 2022, the EU and the US organised a joint workshop in the context of TTC Working Group 5 bringing together academics from both sides of the Atlantic to discuss the topic of data access for researchers. The overall atmosphere in the workshop was positive and participants converged around a number of issues. The summary provides an overview of what was discussed during the workshop.
