MedTech Europe inputs to the European Commission’s consultation on WG7 – Export Controls of the EU-US TTC

MedTech Europe, the European trade association representing medical technology industry including medical devices, in vitro diagnostics, and digital health solutions, welcomes the opportunity to provide input to Working Group 7 – Export Controls for discussion with the EU-US Trade and Technology Council (TTC). 

To that end, in the enclosed document we set out the main priorities and concerns that we think the TTC should address in the context of Export Controls. We as industry stand ready to offer our expertise.
