On behalf of the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA), the research company ICF is currently undertaking an evaluation of FRA's project on Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and Fundamental Rights.

The project aims to assess the impact and fundamental rights challenges arising from the use of algorithms for decision-making, and establish fundamental rights guidelines and recommendations for using AI and big dataThis ex-ante/interim evaluation will take stock of the project’s performance to date and ensure that the project’s delivery will be successful.

As part of this evaluation, we have launched a short online survey targeted at key stakeholders working on AI and fundamental rights, across all sectors. The purpose of this survey is to collect feedback on the relevance and added value of this project, and the extent to which it builds on existing work in this area.

Members of the European AI Alliance are invited to participate in the survey through this link – AI and fundamental rights survey

We would be grateful if you could please take a moment to complete this survey, which should not take more than 10 minutes. The survey will be open until Friday 6th December 2019.
