The Environment forum will focus on ‘Building Resilient Cities: from Challenges to Opportunities’. Participants will assess different resilience strategies taken at city level across Europe and discuss possible barriers and solutions regarding their implementation. On the evening of Wednesday 3rd April, an official Signing Ceremony will be the occasion for Mayors and Deputy Mayors to officially confirm their commitments to the Covenant of Mayors 2030 targets on climate mitigation and adaptation.

UAP climate adaptation will be presented during the forum meeting (roundtables) on 5 April. The city of Genoa (coordinator) will present to the different actions of the partnership. It hopes to receive informal input and understand if there are cities that are interested in action’s follow up.
