We are happy to announce that we are now opening the registration to the Festival of Peer2Peer Communities that will take place on the 3-4 June in Brussels (venue to be confirmed). The registration will be open till the 14th of April.

The festival will comprise of Plenary Sessions open to everyone and Community Breakout Sessions focused on Community-specific topics.

Who can register?
The goal of the Regio Peeer2Peer Communities is to increase efficiency of implementation of Cohesion and Just Transition Funds. In this context, the Festival is open primarily to Members of Peer2Peer Communities who are representatives of public sector institutions (Managing Authorities, Intermediary Bodies, Coordination Bodies, Audit Authorities).
Kindly note that due to the space limitation, priority will be given to active Community’s Champions and Members. We reserve the right to select participants. You will be informed individually about the result of the selection.
The organizers do not cover the participants’ costs related to travel and accommodation.
How to register?
So how do you register?
- Familiarize with the agenda and choose which community’s sessions you would like to join.
While plenary sessions are open to everyone, Community Breakout Sessions will run in parallel and will be open only to participants who sign up.
- Fill in the registration survey
This link will take you to the registration questionnaire where you will be able to sign up to specific community’s Breakout Session. The survey is open until the 14th of April.
- Wait for the framework managers to get back to you
Given the limited number of seats, only selected members will be invited. The confirmation of your registration shall be received within the first two weeks of April.

The framework management team will be monitoring the registration process and reaching out to selected Members.
