
The festival is a new format we are testing this year and naturally you had some questions. Now that we’re halfway through the registration process, we would like to answer most frequently asked questions you asked about the festival.

When is the deadline for registration?
We decided to extend the registration deadline till the 14th of April.
Will I get any confirmation that I am registered?
Once we close the registration, we will send individual e-mails to registered Members confirming their registration and informing them about next steps.
Can I choose any community meeting?
Yes, you can sign up to any community breakout session, but once you do, we would like you to attend the chosen session.
Where is the event taking place?
The event will take place in Brussels, Cardo Hotel.
Are travel and accommodation the costs covered?
No, Members will have to cover their costs of travel and accommodation. Lunch and coffee breaks are provided.
Who can join?
The Festival is organized for the core beneficiaries of the REGIO Peer2Peer Communities - members of public institutions which are implementing Cohesion Policy funds.
When will we know detailed agendas of communities’ breakout sessions?
Once the registration is closed, Community Managers, together with Champions and registered Members will start preparing a detailed agenda and presentations for breakout sessions. If you want to contribute, please let us know.
Will there be an opportunity to join the event online?
No, we want this event to be offline. This will be about creating personal connections and building trust between Community Members. Materials from the Festival, as well as follow-up communication will be shared with all communities’ Members.
