Ricardo Ferreira is a Planning and Programming Officer at DG REGIO, where he coordinates the Border Focal Point in the Interreg Internal Borders unit. His work focuses on solving legal problems that affect cross-border regions, using initiatives like b-solutions to help overcome these obstacles.

Ricardo also works on raising awareness about how these legal challenges impact border regions. His expertise is key in improving cross-border cooperation and developing policies that support these areas.
