Public Procurement as a tool for the overall strategy in cities

The study visit will bring together technicians from European cities, members of the Public Procurement Partnership of the Urban Agenda for the EU, local technicians and economic operators to exchange on Nantes’ Public Procurement Strategy and its implementation. It is targeted to members of the UAEU partnership and representatives from cities and organisations. It aims at providing input to the frame and the structure of the guidelines on “Building procurement strategy and managing strategic procurement” Action 2.1.1.
