Fighting child poverty is one of the key action areas of the Partnership on Urban Poverty. Eurochild, a network of organisations working with and for children throughout Europe and member of the Partnership, issued a working paper on the so-called Child Guarantee, which provides relevant background information to the Partnership's work in this area.
