What is b-solutions?b-solutions is an ongoing EU initiative managed by the Association of European Border Regions (AEBR) to address legal and administrative barriers to cross-border cooperation. 

What to expect?b-solutions offers expert support to help understand the root causes of specific border obstacles and most importantly develop sustainable solutions. Participants receive a tailored report to help them advocate for change with relevant authorities.

What kind of obstacles are we discussing? From conflicting public transportation laws to administrative impediments affecting employment, b-solutions covers all legal and administratives hurdles affecting cross-border cooperation in the fields of labour market, education, public services (health, transport, tourism, etc), implementation of EU Green Deal and institutional cooperation. 

Who can apply? Public bordies and cross-border structures  along land and maritime borders between EU member states, EU-IPA, and EU-EFTA countries.

How to apply? A call for proposals is open to collect your border obstacle. Applications are welcomed in any European language and reviewed on a rolling basis.
