5th Jobs & Skills Partnership meeting, Porto: selection of the actions for the Draft Action Plan

The Jobs and Skills in the Local Economy Partnership Coordinators met yesterday in Porto, Portugal. The meeting hosted by the Porto City Council served as an important point in the Partnership's work where actions for the Draft Action Plan were selected from a preliminary list compiled in a working document.

After the kick-off introduction on 17 May 2018 led by the Partnership Coordinators from the City of Jelgava, the City of Rotterdam and Romanian Ministry of Regional Development, the meeting continued with three 3-hour sessions, one per theme (Valorisation of R&D and Business Location, Public Services and Effective Local Governance, and Next Economy and Education & Skills).

Working sessions aimed to set an agreement on the actions to be selected for the Draft Action Plan as well as to allocate the work among Action Leaders and Net Contributors.
