FTI Consulting’s global AI Taskforce assesses the regulatory landscape surrounding AI in the European Union, United States of America, China, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East. Given the fast-moving, often controversial debate surrounding AI, we put forward a number of recommendations in order to secure the right regulatory approach to AI. These recommendations focus on 3 pillars: education and countering misinformation, ensuring a globally coherent approach, and engaging in a well-evidenced societal debate.
