I am very confident of reaching this important milestone by 2030.
Certainly the pandemic has shown some differences between EU countries.
In Italy, many students have been in trouble, particularly in the lower-income social classes, where they did not have enough devices for everyone in a family to use in the same time to connect with the teachers.The solidarity of reuse and reconfiguration of devices donated by businesses and private citizens have reduced, in some cases, the critical issues of poor availability of the devices.
