The annual search for Europe’s most successful promoters of enterprise and entrepreneurship is still ongoing.

The prestigious European Enterprise Promotion Awards (EEPA) provide businesses that support enterprise with the opportunity to receive national and international recognition for their efforts. Together with European SME Week and the SME Assembly, the EEPA seeks to recognise those who support Europe’s rich SME landscape.

The competition has 6 categories: promoting the entrepreneurial spirit, investing in entrepreneurial skills, supporting the digital transition, improving the business environment and supporting the internationalisation of business, supporting the sustainable transition, and responsible and inclusive entrepreneurship. In addition, the Grand Jury Prize goes to an entry from any category that is considered the most creative and inspiring initiative promoting entrepreneurship.

The first stage of the competition is currently taking place at the national level. Applicants who are successful at the national level may be selected for the European stage of the competition, culminating in the prestigious awards ceremony at the SME Assembly – this year taking place in the beautiful city of Budapest, Hungary, from 18 to 20 December 2024.
