In today's fast-paced digital world, communicating complex technological concepts to large audiences can be a daunting task. Even more so, this can be ever more overwhelming if no selection strategy is being run in the background. Expert driven environments are often haunted by the curse of knowledge, often do not know how to use communication as its own expertise, and end up losing their audiences in many of their channels.

This session will provide you with some tools and techniques needed to make digital tech understandable, even if you work in complex policy or technical environments. We will discuss the art of digital storytelling, social media platforms, and communication strategies for large complex organizations.

By the end of the session, you will come closer to being able to communicate digital tech in an understandable manner, as well as connect to your audience - one who is surrounded more and more by digital technologies in all areas of their lives. Our trainers for the day will be comprised of EU officials together with Digital EU project ambassadors.
