Simple shall provide the UI and API where:
- Data/ Application/ Infrastructure Consumer can discover a dataset/application/infrastructure in the catalogue
- Provider can create a dataset/application/infrastructure entry in the catalogue
(PROAD-FUNC-020-FUNC-001, PROAD-FUNC-020-FUNC-002)
- Provider can update a dataset/application/infrastructure entry in the catalogue (PROAD-FUNC-023-FUNC-001)
- Provider can remove  a dataset/application/infrastructure entry from the catalogue (PROAD-FUNC-024-FUNC-001)
