ESPON report "Access to Affordable and Quality Housing for All People"

The ESPON HOUSE4ALL project seeks to deepen the understanding of Europe’s housing crisis in terms of its underlying dynamics, outcomes and the diversity of housing policies to tackle it. The project has just published a report tiled "Access to Affordable and Quality Housing for All People" which aims to investigate the cross-border housing markets between Luxembourg and its neighbouring countries, as well as assessing housing affordability in more detail by considering the importance of commuting to Luxembourg City.
