On 21 and 22 March 2018 partnership stakeholder ICLEI hosted their Procura+ seminar of 2018 in Oslo.

Apart from inspiring key presentations about examples of highly innovative public procurement initiatives from all over Europe, there were various capacity building sessions, a marketplace for sharing procurement activities and roundtable sessions. The Partnership on Innovative and Responsible Procurement, represented by the City of Haarlem, hosted a hot topic table about the Partnership. With statements based on the actions the Partnership's plans to carry out in the next two years, discussions started on topics such as procurement strategies, legal uncertainties, market potential and circular procurement. Participants shared their experiences and ideas, which are very valuable to the partnership!
