The partnership has Three partners from Eastern Europe, Kaunas, Poland and Slovenia. The 6 cities represented in the partnership is Oslo, Kaunas, Porto, Prato, Den Haag and the Flanders region. This is a rather good spread of cities. The member state partners will bring cities into the partnership, as is the case of Slovenia.
