Introducing our fourth speaker for the 17th Beyond Borders Breakfast Debate: Jessica Nouguier, Project coordinator for thematic health at EGTC Eurodistrict SaarMoselle! 

Eurodistrict SaarMoselle is a Franco-German territory bringing together communities on both sides of the Saar through a common structure. As Project Coordinator for the EGTC (European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation), Jessica works to maintain a cross-border living area that is capable of better meeting the challenges of cross-border living. 

Before her role at EGTC Eurodistrict SaarMoselle, Jessica was a project coordinator for cross-border youth mobility at the European Academy Otzenhausen (Saarland, Germany). She also has an M.A. in Border Studies from the University of the Greater Region (Luxembourg, Metz, Saarbrücken, Kaiserslautern).
