Legal accessibility 3.0 - the results of the CESCI's project are available online

With the support of the Hungarian Ministry of Justice, CESCI has implemented the third Legal accessibility project in 2018 whose results are now available online.

The project targeted three topics:

1) cross-border movement of ambulance cars

2) the development of regional cross-border health service zones

3) the experiences of the Hungarian EGTCs with the application of the EGTC Regulation.

As a result, the following documents were drafted and now published:

1) Final Report of the project summarising the activities carried-out and the achievements made (in Hungarian and English)

2) Summary Report on the harmonisation of cross-border ambulance services around Hungary (in Hungarian and English)

3) Study on the establishment of cross-border health services around Hungary (in Hungarian)

4) Study on the legal obstacles faced by the Hungarian EGTCs relating to the application of the EU Regulation (in English).

The 4th Legal accessibility project concentrating on cross-border health services and cross-border public procurement starts in April 2019.
