[TWG Output] Briefing Note - Improving Collaboration and Experience Sharing of Citizen & Stakeholder Engagement Approaches for Climate Adaptation

This Briefing Note was developed by the Thematic Working Group (TWG) on Citizen & Stakeholder Engagement. This note focuses on improving collaboration and experience sharing of citizen & stakeholder engagement approaches for climate adaptation describes the use of knowledge exchange and sharing platforms for citizen and stakeholder engagement, and shares lessons learned from European projects. We discuss the challenges and opportunities for integrating knowledge exchange platforms which support regional and local authorities in finding useful tools and methodologies, and present seven case studies from across Europe of several approaches to engaging citizens in climate adaptation.
