All EU Member States are making progress, but the overall picture of digitalisation across Member States is mixed. The level of convergence between the Member States is increasing but the gap between the EU’s frontrunners and those with the lowest scores in the DESI is all too large.

In terms of improvements, most EU Member States have made good progress in the last 5 years, however, they will all need to make concerted efforts to meet the Digital Decade targets.
