In March the European Commission laid out its vision for Europe's digital transformation by 2030, proposing a set of digital principles. These include areas such as:

1. Access to internet services,
2. Access to a secure and trusted online environment,
3. Access to digital health services,
4. Access to human-centric digital public services and administration.
