The Call for Tenders for the production of a Handbook on cross-border energy communities is now out!

Whilst Europe is facing the challenges posed by climate change and the energy crisis, cross-border energy communities empower citizens to play an active role in the EU green and just transition. They can unleash the potential of cross-border cooperation and citizens’ participation, and boost local economic development and community cohesion in cross-border regions.

The contract will allow for the production of a Handbook on cross-border energy communities, that will provide a step-by-step methodology for citizens and local actors that wish to set-up cross-border energy communities across Europe.
