The French Observatoire national de la politique de la ville (OPNV) within the Commissariat général à l'égalité des territoires (CGET) has produced a report entitled "Employment and economic development in the priority neighbourhoods: major difficulties persist, but readjustment seems to be under way", authored by Stéphanie Mas. 

The report is linked to the Urban Poverty Partnership's Action "Setting up a European network of national observatories with experience in urban poverty".
