b-solutions case "GO! Borderless Square" carried by EGTC GO focuses on the organisation of cultural events as part of the European Capital of Culture (ECoC) for 2025 on the Trg Evrope – piazza Transalpina square, which stands half in Italy and half in Slovenia.



The cross-border peculiarity of the square makes it complex for people and structures interested in organising events to understand and comply with different and sometimes incompatible systems of national rules in areas such as security, insurance coverage, music rights.
