You will find below the deliverable for Action 10 of the Jobs and Skills in the Local Economy Partnership, led by Romania as co-Coordinator of the Partnership: Creating a Job-Oriented Ecosystem: Local Economic Development Approaches for Small Towns (DOC).

This deliverable was part of a larger Romanian project financed through ESF and dealing with the elaboration of Romanian National Urban Policy, coordinated by the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration , with expertise provided by the World Bank.

The guide is aimed at the Romanian context, but the overall analysis and recommendations are intended for broad applicability as part of the Urban Agenda for the EU and the document also includes European and international case studies.
