In the context of the European Week of Regions and Cities 2020, an Interactive presentation of Action Plan for the Culture & Cultural Heritage Partnership will be held online on the 14 October 2020 from 9:30 to 10:30am.

Thematic cluster: Cohesion and Cooperation

The Partnership on Culture & Cultural Heritage within the Urban Agenda for the EU was launched in 2019 to identify the financial, legislative and knowledge-based bottlenecks that prevent cities from reaching their objectives in this area. The Partnership consists of 30 multi-level members and is coordinated by Germany (Federal Ministry of the Interior, Building and Community) and Italy (Italian Agency for Territorial Cohesion, with the support of the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Cultural Activities).



During this session, the Partnership will present its milestone result – the Action Plan – containing key measures that will deliver specific proposals for Better Regulation, Better Funding and Better Knowledge. The audience will learn about the progress, results and aims of the Partnership's work, and the actions will be presented and jointly discussed. The feedback will form an important basis for the finalisation of the Action Plan by the end of 2020.
