“The Urban Soil 4 Food project uses the city’s resources to fulfil the needs of the city. We aim to prevent the city’s materials to be used elsewhere by closing the existing loops inside of the city and limiting the amount of waste generated. This is a complete change of the existing city model. We are changing the business model via cooperation with utility companies. This project will hopefully change how citizens view their city.”
