The framework has now reached the point where operational testing matters more than additional theory development.
I am actively seeking:
- pilot environments,
- observational use studies,
- implementation partners,
- and substantive technical critique.
Particular interest includes organizations already asserting “human oversight” or “human-in-the-loop” governance over consequential AI-mediated decisions.
The goal is not to prove the framework is perfect, but to pressure-test and improve it through real-world implementation.
