À propos de l’évènement
Pathways2Resilience (P2R) organise une série d’évènements nationaux dans plusieurs pays européens afin de renforcer le dialogue et l’action en faveur de l’adaptation au changement climatique.
La France sera le premier pays à accueillir cette série d’évènements.
Co-organisé par Pathways2Resilience et la Région Normandie, lauréate du projet, l’atelier français vise à réunir les différents niveaux de gouvernance afin de :
- mieux comprendre les coûts de l’adaptation au changement climatique ;
- explorer et coordonner les instruments de financement existants et innovants ;
- renforcer une approche multi-niveaux, indispensable pour accélérer la mise en œuvre de l’adaptation dans les territoires.
En réunissant des collectivités territoriales, l’État, des chercheurs et des experts du financement de l’adaptation au changement climatique, cette journée favorisera les échanges autour de retours d’expérience concrets, de solutions de financement innovantes et d’outils permettant d’améliorer la cohérence et la coordination des actions et des financements entre les échelons local, régional et national.
Programme
La journée est structurée autour de présentations, de tables rondes, atelier et de sessions d'approfondissement.
Durant l'après-midi, les participants seront divisés en sous-groupes. Vous pouvez renseigner vos préférences dans le formulaire d'inscription. L'équipe organisatrice fera au mieux pour répartir les participants selon les préférences exprimées, l'ordre d'inscription et les places disponibles.

About the event
Pathways2Resilience (P2R) is organising a series of national events across several European countries to strengthen dialogue and action on climate change adaptation.
France will be the first country to host this series of events.
Co-organised by Pathways2Resilience and the Normandy Region, a beneficiary of the project, the French P2R workshop aims to bring together different levels of governance in order to:
- improve understanding of the costs of climate change adaptation;
- explore and better coordinate existing and innovative financing instruments;
- strengthen a multi-level governance approach, which is essential to accelerate the implementation of adaptation actions at territorial level.
By bringing together local and regional authorities, national government representatives, researchers and experts in climate change adaptation finance, the event will foster exchanges on concrete experiences, innovative financing solutions, and tools to enhance the coherence and coordination of actions and funding across local, regional and national levels.
Programme
The day will be structured around presentations, panel discussions, workshops and in-depth sessions.
In the afternoon, participants will be divided into smaller groups. You may indicate your preferences in the registration form. The organising team will do its best to allocate participants based on the preferences expressed, the order of registration and the places available.
