NexU accessibility, where I can find it?

my name is Igor Vitale and I am exploring the European Digital Credentials for learning. I am searching for the procedure for verifying our electronic seal. I see it's needed the NexU installed. Anyhow, when clicking I can't find the link for downloading the materials
