At the occasion of its 30th anniversary, the Centre for IT & IP Law (CiTiP) is organizing a celebratory conference on Friday 4 October 2019 at the law faculty of the KU Leuven.
During this conference keynote lectures will be alternated with various themed parallel sessions, introducing speakers that will focus on (1) Security, (2) Content moderation (IT & IP), (3) Artificial Intelligence & GDPR, (4) Agrifood, IP & Sustainable Development Goals, (5) Data markets, (6) Smart cities and (7) Health care innovation.

- Prof. dr. Karen Yeung (Birmingham Law School): Regulation of technology, especially in the context of security
- Prof. dr. Reto Hilty (Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition) on IP, Markets for technology and competition
