The panel discusses the EU-LAC Digital Alliance and its cooperation activities that aim to scale up the Global Gateway Strategy in Latin America and the Caribbean by promoting a human-centric digital transformation.
It includes an intervention on each of the main pillars of the Digital Alliance, from Copernicus LAC and Earth Observation to the thematic Policy Dialogues on AI, Connectivity, e-Governance, Cybersecurity and Data Governance.
It will also include an intervention from the academic sector to jointly discuss the achievements and future opportunities for the Digital Alliance after the IV CELAC-EU Summit.
